Mobile & stationary kitchens; one kitchen serves ~100 families. Coordinators procure staples (millet, sorghum, lentils, oil, salt) and distribute to volunteer cooks.
Licensed medical leads run mobile units alongside non-physician community health workers, providing essential care and medicine under severe conditions both along evacuation routes & at temporary camps.
Pop-up classrooms and women & children protection programs preserve safety, dignity, and learning through crisis.
Emergency shelter drives and water procurement from surrounding villages ensure safety and survival in temporary locations.
CRISIS UPDATE
ZamZam & El Fasher Emergency (April 2025–Present)
We are evacuating, feeding, treating, and sheltering families displaced by the ZamZam massacre and the ongoing siege in El Fasher. Our model scales via mobile clinics, community kitchens, and temporary shelters.

We maximize each dollar through volunteer delivery and indigenous networks while upholding fiduciary controls tailored to high‑risk contexts. Our fiscal sponsor ConnectHer is a registered NGO in the United States. Donations made through our site, directly to ConnectHer’s Paypal go directly to the ground.
Leadership & Governance (Security‑First)
The IDP Humanitarian Network is fully indigenous-created and led. For safety, leadership identities are anonymized and governance is verified through external NGO partners.
